He is an Associate Professor and Academic Research Administrator of Education at Albukhary International University in Kedah, Malaysia. He obtained Ph.D in Social Foundation and Leadership at International Islamic University Malaysia. His area of interest includes foundations of education, school management and leadership, foundation of curriculum, distance education, quality assurance, human resource, and training. He is an author of several books, book chapters, articles, conference papers. His work has appeared in reputable journals. He serves on the editorial board of different journals. He has worked at different administrative and management positions in university from 2015-2021.
