Abstract
This paper has discussed the concept, security, conflict resolution and peace. It examines how internal and external security are enhanced through effective management and utilizing of education. The paper pointed out that security is the responsibility of every citizen, not just the army and other security agencies. It also examined the various sources of security challenges and the threats involved. The various aspects of education, universal basic education, nomadic, life long, adult, and entrepreneur education were important for managing security for peace and conflict resolution.
